How quickly can I get a consultation?

Send the project context you have through the inquiry form. Scheduling and the appropriate next step depend on the property, proposed scope and current availability.

Is the initial consultation free?

The inquiry form does not quote a consultation fee or promise a feasibility result. Ask about the scope, fee and deliverable for any proposed consultation before scheduling it.

Where do consultations take place?

The appropriate format depends on what needs to be reviewed. Confirm whether a proposed conversation is remote or on site, who will attend and what documents are needed.

What should I have ready before the call?

Your address, a rough sense of square footage you're targeting, and a budget range. APN or recent property survey is helpful but not required — we pull most of what we need from public records.

What happens after the consultation?

After reviewing the property information, we outline the questions, documentation and next steps appropriate to the proposed scope.

Do you serve cities outside Los Angeles?

Use the inquiry form to identify the property jurisdiction. RSA can then confirm whether the requested scope and location are currently served; a postal city alone does not establish the reviewing authority.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Ask for the applicable scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation terms before confirming an appointment. This page does not publish a cancellation-fee policy.
